"My daughter and I came here and the service was awful! On top of that our order was entirely wrong... But the service was so bad we felt if we told them the order was wrong our food would be spat in ... I also learned this is where my daughter had been getting my breakfast sandwiches from to surprise me at work because I work close by.... And every single time she had been ordered me the ultimate breakfast sandwich.... To her confusion she has been paying for the ultimate sandwich and just getting a regular breakfast sandwich.... Neither she or I knew what had been given to us! I am so upset by this!"
"Ordered some food for lunch at work. When I get to work I noticed that they forgot my tacos and the loaded fries I ordered had a drop of cheese. Pretty sad for a simple order thru fast food."
"I’ve worked fast food before so I’m pretty lenient with a lot of things, but there’s no excuse for my food to be taking 45 mins to come out when it’s 2am and the delivery location is right across the street. I gave this store one more shot and I ordered again tonight- it did arrive in a timely manner but they gave me the wrong sandwich. I ordered a buttery jack combo and they gave me some random breakfast sandwich. Not even close to what I ordered. I couldn’t eat it because I have dietary restrictions. It wasn’t worth calling them to complain because I know they have poor customer service and they’ll likely do nothing. I just won’t go back; and I’ll encourage others to do the same."
"If you are on the go and need a quick bite this locations is a YES! Had a really great interaction with the sweet cashier. I got a burger that they let me customize which makes it even better! The regular size drink was really large so I can only imagine how much fresh beverage you get on a large. Cheese Burger was tasty and the team was lavish in their toppings, which I always appreciate. Great bun and the curly fries are crispy and the vision of fried greatness you would expect."
