"I brought my car in not so terrible conditions and got it back totaled . The staff's communication was so poor , they were never calling to update me on my car's progress I had to be the one reaching out . They did not have me sign anything upon bringing it in and My car was totaled at their shop and they did not take any responsibility at all this is how I got my car back exactly how it looked when I went to go look at it after the damage . Joe said they were going to finish it up and they did not . The color isn't the same as the original parts and clearly the door wasn't painted either . They still obviously took the money from the insurance and did not finish the work ."
