"They are extremely commercial and will upsell everything. I called them before going in for a basic dental check up and ensured that the visit will be fully covered. They said yes on the call. After the visit, they charged me an office fee that they never mentioned on the phone call. During the visit, they gave me a long list of issues with treatment of thousands of dollars (extraction, fillings, and crown). I went to another Dentist (Dr. Saeid Abbasiyan at Access Dental Rundberg) and got my extractions and fillings done in less than $150. No crown was ever needed."
