"The entire staff here is so amazing. Front front desk staff to back office staff. Dr. Medya and Dr. Tran are amazing and very professional, they really educate you on the anatomy of the mouth, I went here and ended up tanning my whole family back there. "I have severe anxiety around dentists and getting dental work done, and that is why I specifically chose this practice to go to because on their website they say that they provide different levels of sedation dentistry and I was looking for nitrous to be used during a cleaning. When I went last Friday they had said I did need a deep cleaning and the dentist told me that she does recommend using that along with numbing my mouth. Well, when I went for my appointment today on Monday, I was told that there is a different dentist that works Fridays versus Mondays and they do not provide nitrous for cleanings. I really didn't appreciate driving all the way to this practice. Just to be told I can't get done what I originally needed. I'm sure otherwise they might do good work, but I'm extremely off put by this situation and if this is how they do business I can't recommend that you go here."
