"Original Review: With the change in ownership, came the change in staff and a HUGE change in the quality of service. The one woman we encountered at check in was very kind and welcoming however the staff that work behind the scenes i.e. dental assistants don't acknowledge you nor your child, they just start telling them what to do. And when she was done she proceeded to clear the area and walked away without saying anything. I kept my son here because I liked the environment, however it looks like it's time to move him to a better fitting environment. Edit: I was reached out to by management and she really acknowledged our experience and apologized while also letting me know she would be speaking to the dental assistant, which I really did appreciate because professional development is important. My son still is a patient here, and we love his dentist. She is thorough and really handles him with care!"

"This is a wonderful place to take your child. My son is 9 years old and he had some fillings and a crown done here and I cannot thank Dr Vyna and Jade for being so patient with my son. They really care about the kids!!!! I have been a dental assistant for 22 years and was worried about taking my son to a new dentist in Austin and I’m so thankful I found Red Balloon!!! Dr Vyna is conservative and is not about quantity she is about quality when it comes to her patients. My son was starting to feel something and she listened and stopped and gave a little more anesthetic. Some Dr’s would have just kept on going but she actually listened and took action. Even the front office girls are accommodating and friendly. I feel truly blessed to have found our forever Dentist in Austin for my son. I recommend this practice 100% you and your child will be glad you did as well!"

The front desk ladies are so professional and kind, the atmosphere was wonderful and the entire facility is clean!!! Automatically a five star in my book. Dr.Sanders was amazing to our son and she was so informative on so many different levels. We’re so grateful to have found such a great place for our son! Highly recommended for every child."
