"Brident Dental at 8522 N. Lamar in Austin, Texas is a very well run office!! The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and once I arrived at their office, I didn’t have to wait more than a couple of minutes to see the dentist. There is a fair amount of paperwork to fill out on your first visit, but that’s probably normal in today’s medical and dental world. All in all, I had excellent experiences in my two visits to this office. Keep up the great work!"
"I used to go to this dentist office when I was younger and I was thrilled when I found out my son’s dentist was at this same location. They are so sweet and kind to my son because he is TERRIFIED of the dentist office lol and they helped calm him down and didn’t get frustrated when he cried! These people are amazing thank you all for your services !! "
"Don’t waste your time here. I waited a week and a half to see a dentist. They cancelled my appointment 15 minutes before the appointment time. I had already paid for an Uber, and all they could say is that they didn’t know why it was cancelled last minute. Do yourself a favor and go to a dentist where they handle themselves professionally. If they're this unprofessional about scheduling, I can only imagine how they go about dental procedures."
"I was Traumatized when I was younger when it came to Dentists… I don’t do pain well., yet I can’t see the dentist and his assistant was very informative took the time make sure I wasn’t in any kind of pain. If I felt a little pain, they would have now made a little bit more very very very informative as the procedure for implants and extracting teeth wash a successful. And great job. Thank you very much for really happened me throughout this process five stars in my book."
