"At the age of 43, this was the first dental experience I have had where I felt like someone understood the emotions that go along with failing teeth. And it wasn't someone, it was everyone at Union Dental. From my first phone call, until now (3 weeks post op from upper and lower full-arch prosthetics) I have looked forward to each appointment. Every step of the process was outlined in detail and what was fear has turned into anticipation and excitement. What was a major surgery for those who performed it, was a short nap for me and a tolerable recovery. Yes, there was pain and discomfort post surgery but it was a fraction of what I expected. I had some minor complications but they were dealt with quickly and with urgency. I still have some steps in my process and look forward to updating this review. I hope anyone nervous or fearful of getting their teeth taken care of does so. The cost is worth the result and my entire body/mind is healthier now, not just my teeth."

"My journey with Dr. Carter at Union dental implant center has been nothing short of a dental horror story. I came to this clinic with the hope of improving my oral health, but it ended up causing me years of pain, suffering, and financial strain. My ordeal began with a wisdom tooth removal that resulted in an infection. During the procedure, a piece of equipment was carelessly left in the extraction socket, leading to an infection. It's astounding that such a basic mistake could occur in a professional dental setting, but I was told that this was normal and I gave them the benefit of the doubt at the time. As if that weren't enough, the real nightmare began when I decided to pursue the dental implant. The implant procedure itself was a disaster. The implant became infected, and the stress that followed was excruciating. Desperate to salvage the situation, I consulted a periodontist who attempted to rescue the infected implant. However, despite this additional surgery, the implant was beyond repair and had to be removed entirely. The fact that I had to undergo this additional procedure, all because of Dr. Carter's work, is beyond frustrating. What's worse, the extended period of time without a tooth threw my entire dental alignment out of whack, forcing me to invest in orthodontic treatment to rectify the damage. This was not only financially burdensome but also emotionally taxing. I've undergone several surgeries over the course of years to correct the irreparable damage caused by Dr. Carter. The physical and emotional toll this has taken on me is immeasurable. I am left with both the scars and the financial burden of a dental journey gone horribly wrong. In addition to the physical pain and financial strain, I attempted to reach out to the clinic, hoping for at least some compensation for the ordeal I endured. However, their response was nothing short of gaslighting. They dismissively claimed that "infections happen during any surgery," even though I had not suffered a single infection in the nearly half a dozen procedures I've had to undergo to fix the damage. I would like to add that Dr. Carter offered to replace the implant for free, but due to the amount of damage caused, I did not feel comfortable coming back. I have held off on writing a review for a while because I wanted to accurately be able to describe the number of surgeries I have undergone, but as I am still getting corrective surgeries, I see no end in the near future."
