"Avoid this location. I did not personally get work done here but my 68 year old mother did and the experience was horrendous for the both of us. I would not trust anyone in this office with her ever again. It took her literally seven (7) months to get dentures. She was promised that the procedure would be done by a certain time but it was not. It took four (4) more months than promised. During those seven months they removed more teeth than she went in with initially, the dentist canceled a number of times the day before her scheduled appointments (usually around 5p the day before), sometimes two appointments in a row, and they would repeat procedures over a number of visits. The dentist would only see her once a month. So if the dentist is canceling and when she does go in they're doing the same work they did the visit before, it's no wonder the procedure took so long. Then when you ask what the issue is they give you a generic, "dentist had an emergency" or "we didn't know it would take this long". This is a very unorganized office with a lack of people and communication skills. It is an office that will work on an elderly woman until they use up her insurance and force her to come out of pocket. This is an office where when you walk in you're greeted by cold receptionists who are there just to collect a paycheck. This is an office where the dentists do not care about their patients or the work they do. This is an office that will promise my mother that her procedure will be done before my wedding but then force her to show up at my wedding with missing teeth because they did not finish in time. This is an office that forces an elderly woman to struggle to eat solid food for months because they cancel appointments, repeat procedures and take advantage of elderly people. Do not visit this location. I repeat. Do not visit this location. I do not care how simple of a procedure you are going in for. This office does not care and will try to get money from you someway, somehow. Avoid this location."

"I was able to get my wisdom teeth pulled out the same day of making an appointment which was great. There was no wait and the dentist was very informative! I also loved that she wasn't pushy about me getting all 4 teeth out, which really made me comfortable to get it done here because it didn't feel like one big sales act. Another great thing is that I don't have dentals insurance and it was affordable for me! The only thing that kind of shocked me was that they only prescribed me ibuprofen afterwards. Once the numbing went away, the ibuprofen did not help at all and it was pretty excruciating. I did call afterwards and they were able to help me with the pain quickly, so overall I would highly recommend!!"

"I was seen by the female dentist and was told she could have a crown fitted for me for a thousand dollars less than at Swish Dental. She gave a copy of the cost and procedure and had me return 11/7/2023 to get the molding done. I was then called at my work to remind me that I had an appointment. I leave work early from Manor TX and arrive on time. After 20 minutes I was taken to a procedure room and waited. A short, bearded Latino male comes in and begins to inform me that the dentist has changed her mind and can’t go on with the procedure and to return to Swish dental to have it done. This is after x-rays and original consultation with her. I became upset because why didn’t they simply tell me over the phone earlier. I am an addiction counselor and my time could be better spent. The male bearded short latino male found it funny and would snickered and smile as he told me this. I am tempted to call my attorney over this. “ Do No Harm” is not practiced at Access Dental."

"I have never waited less than 45 minutes to see the dentist here. Other patents in the waiting room have waited for 2 hours or more. Because this is chronic with this practice, it's because they're overbooking patents, so by the end of the day, appointment overages stack up. It's extremely unprofessional and frankly, greedy. They have no respect for their patients' time. They call repeatedly the day before your appointment to ensure you show up, buy can't call when they're over schedule? I got some periodontics done here and when I returned to my usual dentist, she showed me where Access Dental'd shoddy work would've caused me more pain later. Had I gotten the crown at Access as well, I would've never known until the problems started up years later. After this dental work is done, I will never come back to this place. Dentists' time is not more important than patients' time, and it's a good indicator about how much they care about you."
