"My family dentist referred me to Dr. Robert Ramirez for extraction of an upper molar. I was able to get a prompt appointment with Dr. Ramirez for an exam and we scheduled a date and time for the following week for the extraction. Subsequently, at the following appointment, the extraction was done with absolutely no pain or discomfort. I was surprised at how quickly he was able to do the procedure. I had no complications and am now recovering very well. I have one last follow up appointment this week and I should be released. I have been extremely impressed with the doctor and his entire staff. My waiting times never were more than 1-5 minutes and everyone was professional and courteous.
