"I really wanted to like it here and initially did, as Dr. Jones is very personable. I came in as a college student because there was a new patient deal online and my funds were tight. After never having a cavity, I was told I had 2 and would need fillings, which I had done by Dr. Jones. After moving to a new city, I was told by multiple dentists that the workmanship on these fillings was poor and that 4 teeth had been damaged in the process. I reached out to Dr. Jones's office multiple times for my records and was given the run-around. I eventually obtained a single X-ray and several dentists I talked to thought that the initial fillings were not warranted after seeing the imaging. I never received my full dental record although the state dental board requires that patients be given their records within 30 days. My health and dental health is very important to me and I regret ever finding the new patient deal. You get what you pay for, I suppose."

"The doctor, the hygienist, and the assistant all welcomed me in as if I were coming home for thanksgiving, and it didn’t stop there. They provided comfortable and honest care, and never for a moment did I doubt they were going to give me the best possible treatment plan fitted to my exact needs. They are absolutely awesome and the fact that I could walk out of there, happy with how it went is amazing- I have dental anxiety and it melted away for the hour I was there. Also, the receptionist dresses like a luxury car salesman to heighten the sense of class that this place radiates. 10/10 will return."
