"Love the dentist, but his office staff is completely incompetent and unhelpful. I called to schedule a cleaning and went back and fourth with the receptionist letting her know I was not sure if I could make an appointment in less than 24 hours, but she convinced me to schedule so I did. The next morning I found out I was for sure not going to be able to come in. I was told I'd be charged $25 for canceling within 24 hours. I could totally understand if I had scheduled this months out and was calling the morning of, but I literally scheduled less than 24 hours. Stephanie attempted to tell me that they made a special appointment for me because I said I needed to be seen immediately. When I told her that was completely untrue because I was coming for a simple cleaning she said she was not wrong and that there was nothing she could do. When I asked if she would speak with the dentist and see if he would waive it she refused. Unfortunately I will be taking my business somewhere else since the office staff can't get it together. For years I have let the office staff and their unprofessional behavior slide because I love the dentist, but I can no longer take it."

"I recently got dental insurance and this is the first time I used it. Arboretum Dental did an INCREDIBLE job at making me feel comfortable, taking me in as a patient, answering all of my dumb questions related to insurance policies. I also specifically asked that I wanted a cleaning and nothing extra that would not be covered by my insurance. The doctor did just that, a FANTASTIC job in my dental cleaning, and no extra surprise charges anywhere. Thank you Stephanie and Dr. Truong for such excellent service!!"

Whether its regular cleanings or other work, they are always ensuring we are comfortable and take the stress out of the visit. His staff is great and very nice! Dr. Truong is very nice and does a great job when having to do more advanced procedures like fillings with minimizing the pain."
