"I want to preface this message that this practice was absolutely amazing while Dr.Tiller was there had no issues until now. Well I got back from my 6 month cleaning they have gotten a new tooth camera that can generate what a perfect set of your teeth would look like with Invisalign, I had told the hygienist that I wouldn’t want to partake in it as I didn’t see a huge difference in the computer generated animation! She had mentioned to me that I had $2000 orthodontic coverage under my insurance and that we might as well use it essentially! When I was finished the waterpick cleaning she went to get the dentist; right before the dentist saw me I heard her whisper to the dentist that I had $2000 ortho coverage, take that as you will I felt it was very fishy and trying to exaggerate my need for the Invisalign! Prior to this I have been going to Powell & Tiller for almost a decade and was never ever advised that this would be an issue or even made aware my need for Invisalign! After all of that she said I was done and had totally forgot to do my fluoride cleansing at the end of the session! I will be finding a new dentist in the future! Take this review as you will…"

Dr. Tiller corrected dental problems I’ve lived in daily anxiety over, and did so with ease. She was so kind and gentle, and took her time both before and during the procedures to make sure I was comfortable and that the procedures were completed thoroughly.
