"This place is so obviously a private equity driven dental practice. They take photos and come in with a sales pitch and then try to add on treatments that aren’t necessary. If you want to know more details about what this place is like Google “is my dentist trying to scam me” and you will get a sense of what they will recommend to you. Stay far far away."
"I actually enjoy going to the dentist now- Shannon & Michelle in the front office are the kind of friendly one only comes across in Austin. Maritza & Yolaxis are dental assistants who make me feel like a VIP. -Dr. Martins is efficient (so I can get in/out & back to work, which is appreciated) but never rushed & always explains things well. I can tell that Dr. Martins absolutely knows what she is doing & what really feels good is that I know she truly cares for me, my health needs & my wants for my smile. I highly recommend & can say that you will not be disappointed!"
"DO NOT go to this office!! It was an all around horrible experience. I am in disbelief that this place has high reviews. I waited an hour and a half before the dentist even saw me. I came in for a simple teeth cleaning. I have never had a cavity or any dental issues in my life. After wasting my entire morning in this office, the dentist came in and said I needed a special type of cleaning. It was a total waste of my time and they were just trying to suck more money out of me. This place is SO unprofessional. I would not recommend Dr. Natassia Martins to anyone!! Do not make the same mistake I did."
"Dr. Martins was at once professional, matter of fact, and personable. She is discerning and fixes what needs to be fixed while explaining that some minor problems just need to stay on the radar. Her staff was equally competent and courteous, from the technician to the insurance manager and scheduler. I highly recommend Dr. Martens to all."
"The check-in process was smooth and the wait time in the lobby was not bad (~15 minutes). I really like that they have televisions installed above the chairs, definitely reduces some dental anxiety. Dr. Martins is very straightforward and does a great job. She explained things very well and made sure I understood everything prior to leaving. The front staff is also great. Overall, a great experience."
