"It's been an hour since my tooth extraction that took about an hour and a half only because the molar was infected internally; so there were plenty breaks between my hair raising squeaks and tears from both eyes; thought of labor pains raised my anxiety more than I could control, but the experience left me in the same place I was since my 5 years of age visit at Fort Elmendorf AFB. I'm allergic to metal, but I'll think about a future implant at a later moment as I believe if I let up on the gauze bite I could bleed to death. A bit expensivee for my $600/week budget, but I hope it solved my lower jaw to temple discomfort. Thanks again, hope to turn fifty and can still smile. The office environment deserves 5 star, loved the equipment too."

"I recently had a disappointing experience with this clinic and Dr. Chen's specifically. I scheduled an appointment for a routine cleaning and exam. They conducted a CT scan, which I never requested nor felt was necessary for a routine cleaning and exam. This added an unnecessary procedure to my bill and wasted my time. And I needed to make another appointment just for cleaning. On my second appointment, things did not improve. Despite my scheduled time being 1:30, I was left waiting until 1:50 before being seated. Dr. Chen finally made her appearance at 2. The cleaning itself was a rushed and unpleasant affair. Dr. Chen spent no more than 6 minutes on the procedure, cutting my gums in several spots in the process. To make matters worse, she simply mentioned that my cavities were getting bigger without providing any specifics on which teeth or offering an explanation. All in all, my experience with Dr. Chen was far from satisfactory. The disregard for my initial appointment request, the delayed start, the hasty and uncomfortable cleaning, and the lack of clear communication about my dental health left me thoroughly dissatisfied. I would not recommend Dr. Chen to anyone seeking a reliable and thorough dental care professional."
