"I have been more than generous and patient in trying to get my refund that I was told I would be getting. I stopped coming in for appointments and getting treatments all together. It's going on a year this February. I have made multiple calls to the clinic and have sent emails to the practice manager. I have only gotten responses on behalf of the manager from her front desk staff and still have yet to talk to the practice manager Masha. I have lost sleep over this matter, I am still having issues with my mouth that need to be addressed, and I'm paying back on a loan for services I did not receive. I came here when it was Smiles by Garcia, I would have never came here otherwise."

"Today I tried one more time to get my deposit refunded. It's been weeks. I have no doubt the doctors are incredible but the support staff can't provide customer service. One hour after I signed my brain processed the appointment and it occurred to to me that I could use insurance for the extra extraction and would save at least $500. I called to say I I needed a refund for that tooth and was promised a return call. I called again 2 days later and was promised a return call. I sent an email. A week later, the day of my appointment I called to confirm cancel because I had not received the confirmation, there were multiple attempts by phone and text because I really wanted to get started on the process for one tooth. I was told the doctor was in surgery. I was also told 3 times that day I would be contacted by an office manager. I waited a few days and filed a dispute with my credit card company. I have never had to do that! Today I thought I would try 3 weeks later to talk with someone before I spent time on this review. No one called me hence the warning. This situation is beyond an inconvenience and incredibly strange and obviously I have no trust with the practice."
