"First time going to this dentist for routine cleaning and was very disappointed. First they didn't even clean my teeth properly, only lightly polished my teeth, minimum floss so pretty much they did the bare minimum and I didn't even get mouth wash at the end. Second they don't have the conventional x-ray machine and used hand held x-ray had to open my mouth and close multiple times and was uncomfortable also the 3d scanner to show the image of my teeth was very uncomfortable cause it's a big device going inside your mouth. Third Dr. Purvi Pandya was trying to upsell all kind of service that I don't need, it felt like going to the car dealership ( How can I get the most money out of him). Overall stay way from this place, you have been warned! Don't let the 4 star google rating fool you."

"So, i'm one of those people who sweats at the sight of any medical professional, and I hate needles, so needless to say, i'm not a fan of the dentist. I've had one traumatic dental surgery that has marked every experience thereafter, so when I tell you that i'm grateful to have met Dr. Ali...I really, REALLY mean it. If you have a fear of the dentist, go see him. He has such a calm demeanor and i felt like he was actually concerned about making me feel at ease. Also, i'd be remiss not to mention the wonderful hygienists and the "front of the house" of this office. Wonderfull all around!"

"I wouldn't recommend Forest Family to anyone. It's office and location is nice as someone who doesn't love doctors visits it was a calming atmosphere but their patient care lacks. I had quite a few filling done and that went okay. They estimated my share with my insurance and had me pay approximately $700 for the procedure. That was all and well but about 6 months later in January I reviewed on my insurance's website the dental charges and they overcharged me and never called to tell me. I then called and prompted why they never called to tell me they were holding $400 of my money and they refunded. I didn't mind holding a balance but I had to call and find out myself. With that filling appointment/procedure I had sensitivity after the fact which I have never had before, I waited it out and recently went in regarding such sensitivity. They took x-rays and fixed my bite. It's the exact teeth they worked on and the work caused the sensitivity, but they charged my insurance. I don't mind that they charged for the x-rays but why charge for the work on the tooth that they should fix that they already charged for the work originally. They then fit me in for a regular cleaning the next day took more x-rays and now my insurance is maxed out for the year on x-rays and I owe. Overall, I can't say I have any reason I'd go back. Never had these issues at a dentist before."

"I cant thank this Team enough for what they did for me Saturday. Came in with an emergency required a root canal. Dr Ali moved things around to ensure I was no longer in pain. Try out this wonderful group of amazing people you will not be disappointed. Great location and friendly Staff."
