"Dr Lohr has been my dentist for several years now. He is always friendly, kind and thoughtful. I also went to Dr Briggs in Cedar Park for implant prep. She is very good at what she does. I am the very happy recipient of two implants! All offices work efficiently together. Had tooth extraction by Dr Mike Robert’s, took 3 hours and he was always concerned about my comfort. "First issue: Although I made my appt. for a specific dentist, I was not notified that he would be absent (planned) nor given the opportunity to reschedule when he returned. Second issue: Although I was first patient to check-in for first appt.for routine cleaning and checkup, there was a long wait after cleaning and X-rays were done by a hygienist (who was careful and gentle). When dentist finally came in to see me, she was in a rush and did not perform an exam or review X-rays. She asked about dental problems and after a quick discussion about one of my ongoing issues without an opportunity to explain my pertinent dental history, she rushed out and said that she would prepare a dental plan. After a long wait, I had to seek out the hygienist to check on reason for further delay. I was then moved to waiting room and told that I would be brought back to exam room to speak again with dentist when dental plan was completed. After a further wait in the waiting room, office staff informed me that a computer problem was interfering with completion of plan, and that it would be emailed. I was checked out without completion of dental checkup or report on results of X-rays.."
