"I just had a very negative experience overall. 09/27 at 9:11pm .. It’s a whole story, I would really like the opportunity to tell a manager for their own improvements.. but to keep it short.. My order was delayed. I didn’t mind I just didn’t want cold food. My food was cold. I was missing an item. I asked before I left is it all here.. My burger was made incorrectly. The onion rings were clearly re heated.. I unfortunately have nothing positive to say. I am most disappointed because that was a $30 order and it was all BAD.. I attempted to call the location multiple times to resolve the matter.. no one answered my call. We eat BK quite often.. this just makes me very mad"
"So this has already happened twice but I haven't gotten the chance to realize until it's too late because I pass through the drive thru. They charge me for something I didn't order. I ordered chicken fries as a Medium combo. I did get what I asked for but I got charged for something I did not order. Great food and nice employees it's just that issue which is unfortunate. Maybe it's a system error or something. Hopefully it gets resolved in the future. Side note: I ordered this today 4/12/23 around 2pm. But the date and time were off/wrong. Also I ordered this in the " 3700 Buddy Owens Blvd, McAllen, TX 78504" address"
"Definitely do not recommend this location, the worst part about my experience was that the melt i ordered was not "melted" at all In fact the whole sandwich was room temperature they could've at least used a heat lamp to keep it warm if it was made long before I ordered it. I'm surprised the meat was actually cooked, the bread was stale too. However the fries were hot and freshly made the only thing that was done right. The dining area was filthy and the bathroom was too (although it didn't smell bad just looked bad) The employees had poor people skills but I wouldn't consider them rude. I don't recommend you spend your money here."
