"I would like to say that there's no 1/2 stars otherwise some of these would be a bit more. However, It's been a while since my last visit and though the food is ok, I'm not impressed despite the food prices. The shrimp I make at home is large and better tasting but.. My son did say he liked the Lobster tails he had otherwise, myself, wife and my daughter thought our meals were non-impressive but ok. The Service was not too impressive either as there were moments where we were waiting for drinks or something and the waitress would not be around. Yet being as nice as we are we still left a not deserved $30 tip which was the 10% of the bill. Parking was good and plenty. There was about a 10 minute wait. pricture was Waltz, Popcorn shrimp and a Coconut shrimp which is probably missing about 3 shrimp as I was hungry from the Endless Shrimp plate."
"I have always come to this restaurant with family, but today was not very good I expected to be very good such a disappointment even the waiter we had didn't bother to help out even thru our orders like not good. Especially when we try asking about things it's like she didn't even know anything. And what I ordered was a Cesar chicken salad the chicken was so cold couldn't even bite into it."
"We came here on the busiest moment of the day and waited for an hour. So they must be doing good. Restaurant is lovely, nicely decorated. Staff were friendly, service was great. Food was very good, we ordered 4 different meals which were all really nice & good value for money. Will definitely eat here again before our holiday ends."
"RED LOBSTER south MCALLEN TEXAS What a disappointment... The service was terrible. First wait about 30 minutes for a table when they have tables available, but they don't have staff. The person who served us takes the drinks and appetizers. A portion of the appetizers arrive and without drinks, without cutlery or napkins. After a while they tell us that there is no fried calamari.... we ordered the main dish and there is no popcorn shrimp from the children's menu either. The waitress didn't turn around to ask if we needed anything else... for the bill... another wait.... THE SERVICE IS DISGUSTING. THERE IS NO STAFF, THEY DENY YOU THINGS ON THE MENU. AND EVEN WORSE, OLD AND POORLY STORED LOBSTER TAILS... BLACK THE SHELLS AND LEAVE A STRANGE FLAVOR AT THE END..."
