"I recently visited LongHorn with high hopes after clearly emphasizing my dietary restriction of no pork in my dishes. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing due to the staff's consistent inattentiveness. Despite my explicit request to omit any pork products from my order, my food inexplicably contained bacon, we explained to the staff what happened and they apologized and brought us back another meal WITH BACON again. This level of carelessness and disregard for customer preferences is unacceptable, especially when it comes to something as serious as dietary restrictions. I would strongly advise the management of LongHorn to train their staff more thoroughly on how to handle dietary restrictions and emphasize the importance of listening to and fulfilling customer requests."
"I love to go to the longhorn steak house on 3600 Expressway 83 bc for the latest anything you order is super delicious and just the right taste! We need to comment the Chef’s at this location! Another great customer service is a lady named Larissa has added top quality of service and friendly professional welcoming to all ! Her personality service is awesome, very knowledgeable and her friendly attitude goes a long way. Very respectful when she has taken my food order. Food is brought in a timely manner and fresh baked potatoes, sweet potato and baby back ribs and bread to start you off with your delicious meal. Larissa is an exceptional and others should follow simple but ever lasting Customer Service ! That’s what all customers as myself want Good Service and to us it’s Excellent service Please give her the recognition she deserves from Longhorn Management and corporate management! "The food was delicious!!! Steaks were cooked as we asked, and they had tons of flavor plus juicy! Food came out quickly, with a great selection to choose from, and the service was amazing, especially since we had a table of 20. They handled it like pros!! They were very attentive, and they also had other tables to service, too. The restaurant felt calm and tranquil. They deserve more than a 5 star!!!"
