"Worst oil change ever. They need to reconsider their staff. I had an oil change with John’s express lube and now I moved to another city and I am trying to have another oil change. I found out they ruined the oil drain plug and can’t be removed anymore. It is costing me now 370$ to replace the whole oil pan. If I can give them 0 stars, I would do it."

Not only did he end up running diagnostics and looking under the hood of three cars for me, he identified the first two as lemons, saving me from purchasing really poor cars that the dealers were pushing. This place is first class: honest, hard working folks. You couldn’t do better for a garage."
