"Let me start by saying we have been coming here for about 10 years, but it seems this was the last time; I won’t say how many cars , to this big corporation, that means nothing , took my car for alignment, they said it was something else , paid $800.00 plus the price for the alignment, the problem that I went there for was still not resolved, unfortunately my father is sick in another country, parked the car in the garage, came back 3 weeks later , tried to talk to them and they said I was the one who suggested the work that they did, now my engine light is on and they want additional $140.00, even though it’s their fault, if you come here get everything in writing.
