"Went for brake pad replacement and the front desk guy called me within 30 minutes and said the brake pads were perfectly fine and vehicle was ready for pickup. They refused any payment for their time. Very honest and reputable establishment"

"Great service!. Honest and knowledgeable owner and team. I was looking at a major repair bill at the stealership. Instead, I visited Bellaire Auto Center and met with Loyd Coulson. He and his team were able to repair my vehicle for a fraction of what the stealer-ship would have charged me. Craig inspected my vehicle and within a couple of hours it was fixed and I was back on the road. I live close to this repair shop but had never been there. I’m sold! This is my go to place for all vehicle repairs and services. Try them out, you will not be disappointed. Thanks again Angel Z"

"I went to Russell & Smith Mazda to get an oil change today, and they had a list of work they wanted to do with my Mazda6. So I called up Craig from Bellaire Auto Center and asked if I could come by so he can check if I really need those work done and he was extremely honest and knowledgeable. I didn’t need a brake flush or a fuel injector. They could’ve made money out of me, but they didn’t. I really appreciate his honesty and help. Thanks Craig!!"

"After the big Christmas freeze my Tahoe was acting up. Called Bellaire Auto Center, they diagnosed the problem and were able to replace the thermostat same day! Their staff is very knowledgeable, they were good communicators and they completed the repair for a very reasonable price! Will go back and definitely recommend!"

"I just want to start off by saying the customer service at this shop is amazing. Lloyd is so nice and they know what they are talking about. I went in for what I thought was full a break replacement with pads and rotors. And I needed up only needing pads in the front at the time. I really appreciate that everything was explained to me. I will definitely come back for my regular maintenance. Thank you guys!"
