"I've been going to Dr. Thompson for over 10 years. She does EXCELLENT dental work and is very professional, thorough, warm and friendly. She has been great at personally fitting me into her schedule and accommodating my needs. Also, I recently had a teeth cleaning by Natalie. She is a bright ray of light!!! So upbeat, positive, professional and fun. On top of all that, she did an awesome job with a deep clean of my teeth. Going to a dentist is an important part of maintaining overall health, and Dr. Thompson, her assistant and Natalie put me at ease and made my most recent visits very comfortable."
"Terrible service and very unfriendly receptionist. I called Monday to book an appointment. I spoke to Ashley who booked it for the following Thursday. We showed up to find it was never booked. The receptionist blamed her computer. Very unprofessional! Reply: Dr. Thompson thank you for your response. I'm pleased you will address this issue. We all make mistakes but it is another thing not to be apologetic and full of excuses. As I'm sure you know, a front office can make or break a practice. Warmth, friendliness and professionalism is paramount for a dentist office. Thanks again. GOD BLESS"
