"Dr. Nair and everyone in her office were amazing. The office is very clean and modern. All of the staff are super friendly and understanding. Dr. Nair gave me some great advice to save some money on my oral surgery that was done by another provider. There's a very view outside the exam rooms with huge windows. Everyone checked on me multiple times throughout different stages of my visit. I felt very well cared for. I can't say enough kind things about this team. This office and the care provided by Dr. Nair and her staff was first rate."

"Dr. Brinda and Dr. Sravanti are one of the best doctors you can ask for. Very careful and honest about the work they do. Makes sure you are comfortable throughout the procedure. Very straightforward about the treatment and checked in with me the next day of my appointment and my son to make sure everything is good. Both Dr. Brinda and Dr.Sravanti were very careful with any procedure for my 6 year old son and he loves going there since they made sure he wouldn't be afraid of going to a dentist. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend them."

"As someone who has lived in several cities with over a dozen dentists taking care of my teeth, I can say with confidence that Dr. Nair is the best dentist I have ever had. She is kind, thoughtful, and clinical in her approach. Dr. Nair does not rush any appointment and explains to me how my teeth can improve and the procedures to get there. She always follows up after and keeps me on a good hygiene schedule. Her staff is also very friendly and methodical. Overall, I highly recommend this practice!"

"I have had a wonderful experience at Serenity Dental! The atmosphere they have cultivated is so rare to find in a dentist office. Every single person you encounter there is so upbeat and kind; they take time to get to know you and explain the process for everything they do. They make you feel like you are the only patient they have, and they truly care about you and your concerns and want you to be comfortable. They have never tried to up-sell me on anything and are extremely transparent about pricing/fees. They also have a great network of specialists if you need a referral. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr Rao (who has been treating me), her assistants and the entire front desk staff :) I have met Dr Nair as well and she was so incredibly kind and fun to chat with. Highly recommend for anything from cleanings to serious dental work!"

"I recently visited Serenity Dental in Austin for my six-month cleaning as a new client and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I found this dental clinic based on their great reviews and their proximity to my new apartment in Southwest Austin. Dr. Brinda Nair is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the health of my teeth after reviewing my x-rays. She was patient with me and answered all of my questions, which made me feel confident in her expertise. Watson, the dental assistant, was gentle when taking my x-rays and made sure to check in with me about my comfort throughout the process. The front desk woman (apologies for not remembers your name!) was kind and helpful in explaining the cost of my visit after reviewing my insurance (CIGNA DENTAL). I appreciated that she came back to discuss any additional costs after my x-rays and cleaning, but there were none for my visit as my teeth are in good shape. Overall, I had a great experience at Serenity Dental and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist in Southwest Austin. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: When I completed and signed the new client paperwork, I made note of the following statement on their FINANCIAL POLICY & AGREEMENT form: "We request 2-business days' notice for any change in your scheduled appointment. Please be aware that our office is closed on WEDNESDAY'S (calling on Wednesday does not count as a business day to them). When you make an appointment, we reserve a treatment room, appropriate staff and equipment just for you. Cancelling or missing appointments with short notice makes it impossible for us to offer your reserved slot to another patient. If insufficient notice is received, you will be assessed a fee per appointment. THE FEE FOR THE 2022-2023 YEAR IS $40 per hour reserved.""
