"While, I like the doctor and I like the idea that he has his own lab. I was really put off by his staff, especially Jeanette. They just don't know how to interact with people. I asked her a question about a zirconium, titanium combination implant, and she told me in a harsh voice there was no such thing. I had to correct her that there was such a thing . I had just come from another periodontist who actually has an implant made of both titanium and zirconium. Then I asked her to make sure I wouldn't be required to pay the full amount and she said I don't see how that Is any of your business? ...So the truth is While Jeanette may be Nice to some people she wasn't nice to me . Her communication skills are sorely lacking and I don't know if I want to spend over $30,000 and come into an office where someone is rude to me . I can experience people who are rude to me for free .I don't need to pay for it. Furthermore, I asked her to send me additional information, Which she said she would, and I never received it."
"Very nice people. They are to the point with kindness. Can't wait to see how my teeth look when they are finished. I had to have a tooth removed today 12/18/23, ten days before my surgery. This office is so nice. I feel so much better. Dr Le and his staff are great!!!! 12/28/2023. I had the surgery. The healing process has been going great. Dr Le and his staff have been awesome. What a great difference this has already made in my life. May 31 we start the final process. I'm very excited!!!!"
"5-star for Dr. Le 100%! I have had a lot of tooth drama over the last couple of years and he is the first person I've found that has done an incredible job and who I trust. He clearly cares about his patients, but as a patient, you will need to advocate on your own behalf when it comes to some of his staff. Also, if you're like me and have a 30-min drive, I'd recommend double checking what you were told would happen at your next apt. However, you are in good hands with Dr. Le which is the most important thing."
"Friendly, professional, helpful. I called as a new patient with pain and they got me in same day and on the road to a swift solution. Dr. Le and his staff quickly earned my trust! They are with the times, but they aren’t like these modern practices where you constantly feel up sold because they need you to pay for all their imaging and medical toys! Highly recommend!!"
