"Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this place. Previously had posted a raving review but that is when it was just Gary working there and taking care of me. Body Pro recently brought in a new gentleman, and older man who may have a lot of experience in the industry but he sure needs to learn how to speak to people. I went back because of the great work Gary did for my wife’s car. But when I met this new gentleman, he was not helpful at all and very rude and condescending. I had an insurance claim on my car and was trying to ask for what the bank and insurance needed. I was pretty specific as to what I wanted but he was extremely rude and I really felt very small after speaking with this guy. He kept telling me to leave my car and that they would deal with the insurance. I told him I needed the quote because I was pricing it out, and I will leave it so he can give me an accurate quote. I told him that I will not leave here until you have all of the parts and materials ready to go because I can’t be without a car for several weeks. At the end of the day, I told him that he just lost my business and that I will not be going back there… ever. Unless he moved to another location and it’s just Gary, I will never go back here."

"I have a 2016 Chevy Suburban, apparently Chevrolet forgot to clearcoat the hood and the roof of this year, lucky me. Both the roof and the hood started cracking and got really dull and ugly looking. We took it to Gary at Body Pros Collision and they got it all looking beautiful again. Gary gave me a great price and they did an awesome job on repairing the hood, roof and a dented door we had. Gary called me regularly throughout the process and when there was a snag in the plans he let me know to keep me up to date. I have already and will continue to recommend friends and family to have their vehicles taken care of by Gary at Body Pros."
