"Micromanaged like crazy, no one appreciates you, district managers hire potheads just to fill a management position “you know who you are” they tell you one thing then spend the rest of their day talking behind you back. Was told ”this will be a better quality of life for you and your kids” farthest thing from the truth ever. Spent 10 hours a day working, wasn’t able to see my daughter go to bed. Fire people for no reason, had not one single write up and spent 15 years just to be stabbed in the back. District managers collect a check sitting at home while managers work like dogs. I’m thankful that they opened my eyes to how much they mistreat and underpay ever person. If I knew I was going to be making 20 grand more at my new job I would have left 13 years ago. Don’t waste your time, as manager I was told to start people at 12 an hour, that’s in itself is a joke, you might as well flip burgers!"
