"Excellent customer service!! They had me in and out of this door quickly with exactly what I needed."

"Normally a good store, been there many of times. Had a serious issue yesterday, car lost power and was trying desperately to figure out the problem. Pulled up to this location an employee was about to help a customer with check engine ligght. I stood there for a minute the employee hands the customer the plug to stick in the car. The customer says I don't know where this goes. The employee gets aggravated and finally goes in the car. At this point I stepped in the store cause clearly this guy does not want to do it. As I'm in line the same employee comes back in and helps me. I said I need an engine check. The employee is disgruntled again as he grabs the device. We get to the car he plugs in the machine. Tells me to take a picture of the code. So, after calling mechanics to and giving the the code they are saying something isn't adding up. Comes to find out there were 2 more codes on the scanner that he did not even bother to tell me about. I have a picture of the code and it clearly say 1/3. My point is people are in a situation where they are trying to get their car fixed to keep the household running. If the employee didn't want to work that day, he should have called in. The sign clearly says free engine check so you should know daily you will have at least 5 people coming in with engine checks. Believe me people whose cars are breaking down are more stressed that you are walking 20 feet and taking 2 minutes to check the engine light. I can always take my business elsewhere. Auto Zone is down the street, Advanced Auto part 5-minute drive, and with online purchasing you can get everything you need."

"O'Reilly's has always been good to me. Poor customer service at this one. Went out of my way to go there, and sold me the wrong headlight bulb. Won't return. Avoid. There are other O'Reilly shops much more helpful!!"

"After a very stressful 4 hours of trying to get my car jumped I finally got to this o’reilly’s where I was immediately greeted and helped. The guy that helped me completely replaced my eroded battery and put on a new connector. I clearly do not know anything about cars so I was very thankful for all the help."
