"I don’t know who assisted my husband with my vehicle services but they didn’t listen or even try to accommodate my husband for the wasted time he spent there waiting to only receive the wrong tires that I requested. They wasted 6hrs of his time for an oil change 4 new tires and an alignment. Someone make it make sense! Ive had my car serviced at this location before and never had a bad experience like this I don’t know what happened on this visit"

"Just left moments ago. When I drove up it took a bit for anyone to notice I was there because they were all on phones or had backs turned. The guy on the far left in the picture eventually looked up and made eye contact with me then walked to the computer instead of coming over. I got out of my car and the curly hair guy all the way to the right finally looked up. I asked for an oil change and he said no we’re about to close. I said I thought you close at 7pm? (It wasn’t 6:30 yet). He said yeah but it’s close and we have to clean up and there’s only two of us. Won’t be back although this was my spot for several years for all car service. Oil changes take 20-30 min and they weren’t closed yet. Also called shortly after to get the email to corporate to complain as I became more frustrated as I drove away. The guy who answered said sure hold on a moment. Then eventually told me there’s no corporate email - go online and use the contact form. I did that and got a reply asking for my home address and phone number. Why they need my address to read the complaint I submitted and follow up is beyond me."
