"Our 2017 Highlander was dented in the rear quarter panel. A friend of mine highly recommended Platinum Motorsports after having his nearly totaled car repaired there and being very pleased with the work. Patrick and Russel were patient and explained the process in detail to my wife and I. We had a good feeling about Platinum Motorsports after our initial visit and decided to use them rather than the local Toyota body shop where we had gotten another estimate. The customer service was excellent, Patrick handled the communications with the insurance company, Esurance and the process went very smoothly. We were very pleased with the repair (see attached pictures). Also, we had mentioned to Patrick that the glove box in the car was hanging open, which may or may not have been related to the accident. Platinum fixed it for no charge. The car was clean inside and out (even the wheels and tires were clean) when we picked it up and in much nicer shape then it was when we dropped it off. Overall, we had an excellent experience with Platinum Motorsports and will use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing body work. Patrick had also mentioned that they have a master mechanic and are looking to grow their mechanical repair business. We will likely take our cars there for mechanical repairs in the future."

"Getting in an accident is already stressful enough- Don't make it worse by using this shop. I was lied to by a man named Oscar.(Telling me trucks don't come with an antenna)- Mine was missing... A man named Patrick tried to return my truck back with a list of things wrong.(bolts loose and missing etc...) They were great in the beginning always answering the phone and talking to me, but when it came down to getting the work done and done right. They couldn't do it."
