"Very convenient location off of hwy 99. The staff work as a team to get you in and out in an efficient time. From oil changes to state inspections. They offer instore products and allow you to bring your own. (They charge a service fee to install/use your own products) So if you're picky about your oil or oil filters. They will put it on for you."

"I don’t recommend getting your car serviced at this location. I came last night to get my oil changed and they let me know the filter I needed was not in but they would order it for next day. I asked the service advisor when should I come back to get my car serviced and he said tomorrow, I come back tomorrow and still no filter. Instead of giving customers unrealistic expectations be truthful so we don’t waste our time."
"I had the worst experience at this Valvoline instant oil change location 19321 W Bellfort Blvd, Richmond, TX 77407. The was an issue where I got my oil changed and I got charge two time . I was told it was refund me the Second charge in a few days . It has been two month going on three and no refund had been return . Today Feb 22 I went to see if they will give me a credit of $216 dollar I spend . To get an oil change got my 3500 ram pick up truck . I was then away by the manager who was working at that time . He didn’t try to help or nobody at the location try to resolve the issue. They need to work on customer service more and the whole management team need to be hold accountable. I would not recommend anyone go there. If the corporate office wants to give me a call I be waiting . Bad customer service and just overall bad experience. Go elsewhere if you want to change oil ."
