"If you want to keep your vehicle for as long as possible hit the gas.....don't pass by. Clasen Enterprises is not to be trusted to look at let on lone make repairs to any vehicle. Mitch repaired brakes I've been back five time because brakes keep going out. I've called seven times not one phone call has been returned. Also had A/C repaired I went back six times for them to fix what I paid for. Mitch would get a tool and hit unit then it works. If and when brakes totally goes out Fred and Mitch will be the cause. STAY AWAY"
"Probably the worst experience I've ever had with a mechanic honestly. No communication throughout the entire 2 1/2weeks of my car being at their shop and some other shop, no communication between those two either(since everytime I went to the other shop they told me they had no clue what was going on or at least they acted like it) then Fred spontaneously goes out of town, no phone call from the shop or updates but I'm paying 1k in repairs. Just save your time, money and headache and go to someone else."
"Fred is honest and fair. He takes care of my vehicles to absolute satisfaction. This is a shop you can trust. I have referred lots of people here that say the same thing. I grew up around cars and Fred knows his stuff. This is a guy you treat right and look out for. Our cars are what get us thru life. Thanks Clasen for being awesome!!"
"Fair assessment and quickly found a solution for my differential. I walked in thinking that I needed a replacement. But, Fred talked me down into a simpler servicing which fixed the issue. Fred is the owner and his labor rates were very reasonable for someone with intimate knowledge about car issues."
