"Beware!!! I decided to take my car here because of the great google reviews. I had issues with my a/c that needed to be repaired and also needed an alignment. They looked at my car and told me I had suspension issues. I opted in for the full work up because I felt it was warranted. It ended up costing $3800 which I thought was a little steep. Nevertheless, I paid for the services and my a/c was working properly. However, since my car was returned I’ve been having trouble with the engine. It’s been making a rattling noise. I called them to tell then issue I’ve been experiencing since my car has been returned. I took it in so I could get an oil change and look at the rattling noise. They looked at my car and said parts of my engine needed to be tightened and it would cost me an additional $1800 for labor. This is RIDICULOUS!!!! I didn’t have that problem before I took my car there which leads me to believe that they must done something to my car so I could come back or they didn’t properly put things back as they should. Now my car won’t even start! I had a technician look at my car and they said it’s not the battery, terminal, or alternators. Do not bring your car here unless you want more issues than you went in for."
"Jake and his crew were able to trace down a metallic grinding sound on my 2017 Colorado pickup that only has 34000 miles to bad bearings in the differential (Rear End). Jake took care of everything in a timely manner. I have since got my truck back and everything is working great. I wouldnt trust my vehicles to anyone else!"
"Took my car to the guys at Car Care because of a rattling noise from a loose plate. Jake checked the car out, fixed the issue and charged me nothing. Professionalism, timeliness and true care is top notch. I recommend."
