"I booked a little getaway trip from Dallas to Fort Worth for my husband and I. We stayed at The Crescent and the manager had recommended the French toast here for breakfast, he raved how amazing they were & I am here to tell you they are absolutely worth every cent and calorie! The restaurant itself is classy & sophisticated, beautiful pastels and natural elements throughout. The natural lighting was very welcoming, open and inviting. Mariana was our gracious and attentive waitress who was knowledgeable about the meals we ordered. Not that breakfast is any real complicated meal however she made special note to let me know that the chefs add citrus to the French toast to boost the complexity & flavor of the dish. She even recommended a little extra granola for my husband’s “Texas Start” because once you eat through the top layer, you need just a dash more granola to round out the rest of the yogurt. Back to this amazing French toast though... the caramelized bananas and cream were so dreamy and decadent without being overly sugary sweet. The warm brioche toast was buttery, pillowy soft and packed full of flavor. This is probably the perfect French toast. Mariana though… she added the perfect amount of interesting insight to the meal without being overly so. Our coffee was always topped off & fresh and all together this was the perfect start to a wonderful day of exploring and wandering around."

"Absolutely incredible new spot in Fort Worth!!! Chef Preston Paine did an amazing job at creating this menu. I went for brunch and it was to die for!! The french toast was my favorite! My mom went for dinner and she said it was fantastic too. The service staff was so friendly and attentive. You must try this spot for your next date night or for a brunch with friends!"

"Emilia's is elegant with an awesome vibe. I went for brunch and the food was amazing. The service was speedy and friendly. Their short rib hash was absolutely incredible! This lone visit has made this one of my favorite spots within the West 7th Street Fort Worth area."

"Not your Dad’s Hotel Restaurant! Step into the stylish new jewel that is Emilia’s, in the shadow of the World Renowned Kimbell Art Museum. From the moment you enter the Crescent Hotel, you’re greeted with an inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for a wonderful dining experience. The menu is a symphony of inventive flavors and artful presentations. The Smoked Salmon Benedict is beautifully prepared with plenty of salmon, which pairs perfectly with the sautéed spinach and Lemon-Dill emulsion. The Lemon Ricotta Pancakes are light and fluffy with just the right amount of lemon curd, they seem to pay homage to the Dutch Babies found just down University Drive. The attentive staff adds a touch of warmth to every interaction, making it more than just a meal—it’s a merging of style, taste and Fort Worth hospitality. It’s not just a restaurant; it’s an immersive, well-curated celebration, an exceptional addition to the all the great dining establishments in Fort Worth!"
