"Well, they changed my oil, so that got done. Never checked any fluids at all; I was sitting right there. Didn’t check wiper fluid, tires, wiper blades, etc. However, they marked all as complete and checked on my receipt. Oh, and one guy kept complaining about how short handed he was. Not a huge fan of paying for a service that didn’t get done. I actually went and bought my own wiper fluid and coolant afterwards and put it in myself. Nothing like paying twice for something! It’s like this every time I visit - just bad service overall. Avoid this location."

"Got my car fixed here yesterday and as soon as I entered the freeway, leaving the place, my check engine light came on. Due to my schedule, I had to deal with it this the next day. The location I went to was at FM 78 in Converse. I attempted to call yesterday to talk to an associate and ended up getting voicemail that couldn’t leave a message. I came to the location closer to my house which was off Bandera Road, explained the situation, and they said that they don’t have a diagnostics tool. When I asked if they could at least look at it, the manager came out and said I’d have to go to the branch where I got it done because it falls on them. That’s code for all branches of take 5 are individual and the only thing they share is the name. The other store is 40 minutes away from where I live in a major inconvenience. I’m never coming to the store ever again, nor am I coming to the one closest to me because of their customer service is the worst. I’ve been doing standard oil changes routinely and they just lost my business!"
