"We took our f-750 there for front brake work. There was a mistake made and the truck had issues while on the road. It took a little effort but B&V covered the cost of the tow, labor & parts to get the truck back on the road. It was a bit of a bumpy experience but I will say that they 100% handled the issue to my satisfaction which is more than most larger companies own up to nowadays. "Stephan answered and said he could get the truck right in, and he did as soon as we got there. It's a small shop and the mechanics definitely know what they are doing. Labor rate is definitely way better than the dealership, and they keep you up to speed on everything going on. Yeah, we would DEFINITELY bring the truck back here again!!"
