"When my battery died at a gas station close by I called AutoZone Auto parts and spoke to Josh. He was my guardian angel. He went out of his way to make sure I could get to the store to purchase a battery. He saved my day. I had my dog with me and because of Josh I had a new battery in my car in no time, keeping my dog comfortable and safe. I would give more stars if I could. The experience was amazing. I cannot fully express my appreciation. Thank you!!!"
"I’ve been having battery issues and yesterday, while getting gas across the street, my battery went kaput. I called and spoke to Corey. He told me to come on over and he’d help me. He sure did. It was already dark, but he came outside and quickly changed my battery and sent me on my way. Very kind, considerate and genuinely happy to help. Thank you again, Corey for your kindness."

"Probably the best customer service I have ever received! Maddie was the first face I seen and with a smile she told me someone will be right with me and with swiftness Raquel helped with testing my battery. Before she even tested she noticed it was the wrong size and improperly connected. She immediately found a battery that fit my car and offered to change the battery out. Although I told her I could do it she insisted to change the battery with a smile and even educated me along the way. A gentleman named Ray did come out and made sure I was okay and asked about my day, though this may seem like nothing, it was a very bad day for me and just him asking turned it around. I will definitely tell my friends about this auto zone and their friendly staff 10/10 recommend!"
