"I called to check on my service that was scheduled for today between 7-11 am. I was told by the very rude man that it was canceled and when I asked him if I was going to get anything stating so since I got the confirmation he kept cutting me off and said no. So I said I would have waited here until 11 - at this point I had been waiting for an hour and a half- again he kept cutting me off and trying to talk over me. Then he very rudely told me that I can sit and wait. Didn’t offer to reschedule or anything just kept talking over me. Then he told me I was talking over him when I told him he did not have to be rude I was just asking and then he told me I am canceled. Yes I called him a not so nice word. If this is how this company is represented then I would not recommend them at all. I got rescheduled with a nicer company. I tried to tell him all I would have liked was to be notified since I got the confirmation of the pick up and we could have rescheduled but he was not listening. No recommended use from me. And I will let everyone I know about the kind of service they provide."
