"Job took longer than it should have because of poor communication skills! They discovered a problem Tuesday, and I had to show to check progress on Thursday! They should have called the minute the problem was discovered so we could make a plan on getting my trailer back to work! Had to call an axle doctor in, which we could have done Tuesday, not Thursday! He couldn’t get to me until Monday! We could have called Tuesday, when they discovered the issue, and he may have gotten to it so I could do work!"

"Went to loves for a inner wheel seal leak. Loves told me that the wheel bearing were also bad. They fixed the leaking wheel seal, and I ended up paying almost 600 dollars. Now just 3 weeks later the outer wheel seal starting to leak from a after market seal loves installed. I asked this guy to check the wheel bearing and change the outside seal. I told him about loves. I appreciate the honesty here as nothing was wrong with the bearing, And the seal cost only 60 labor and parts. Thanks again for being honest and professional."
