"These guys were so sweet to help us load up a Ford Focus. The car locked up before we could get it on the tow ramp and they put in all the extra effort to do a full diagnostic and reprogram, which unfortunately failed, so all hands on deck, they pushed it and had it securely strapped on the tow ramp.
