"I used to take my car here but when I called today for Peter some extremely rude woman answered the phone and when I asked for Peter she said "he doesn't come in anymore" and so I asked her if she runs the place now and she fired back, "I need to know who I AM TALKING TO before I give out any information!" And then just hung up on me before even said anything! Well, lady if you're reading this, you want to know who I am? I'm now an EX-CUSTOMER that's who I am. And you know what YOU are? A PIECE OF TRASH. Whoever owns this place now if you're reading this you DEFINITELY need to fire that woman answering the phone, she's losing you business!"
"My experience is completely unlike Justin Shepard's. I've used the shop for years and had nothing but completely professional service and advice. I recommend it to anyone interested in maintaining an older model German car. If they prefer not to deal with it (Trabants are frankly trash) the'll say so honestly and politely."
