"I can not say enough about Collison Xperts. I called several businesses and requested quotes. The majority of the businesses I contacted were on my insurance company's "preferred list". Which mainly means that my insurance company works with them and guarantees the work. Collison Xperts wasn't on the list but I still went with them just because of the way both Alex and Valerie treated me (husband and wife). I wasn't worried about the fact that Collision Xperts wasn't a preferred business after I spoke with Alex and he explained that they already offer their own lifetime warranty. At first I asked how long they were in business since I didn't want to go with a fly by night business. He and later Valerie explained that Alex has been in the business all his life. His parents own a business that has been around for several decades. Collison Xperts is his own business. I only learned all this because I ask a lot of questions and had time to speak with both Alex and Valerie bacause Alex always answered my calls and texts and Valerie drove me across town to my home. I actually had 2 cars to have body work done on. Why? Because I bought my daughter a 2012 Volvo in pristine condition and then I backed my 2019 Dodge Journey into it. I literally T-Boned it in our driveway. In my defense, it was parked in my blind spot. Not much a a defense, since I parked it there. I was so upset and felt like an idiot, either Valerie nor Alex laughed or made me felt like a dumby when I told them this. They were so very empathetic and made me feel better, explaining that it happens more often then you'd think. So it's all fine and good to like people but the most important thing is the work. I am typing this on my computer and the pictures of both vehicles are on my phone. I will upload them later today. Bottomline, the work on both cars was/is perfection. You would never ever know that either car had been damaged. Alex worked wonderfully with my insurance company (Farmers). I only had to speak with them once and after the repairs, billing etc was all coordinated between Alex and my agent. I can not say enough wonderful things about the service that Collison Xperts provided to me. I sincerely felt like I was been taken care of by my own family. If I ever need any service they provide in the future, I will be calling them. Thank you Valerie and Alex from the bottom of my heart."
