"I was at Jiffy Lube to have my RV inspected which was completed efficiently. Due to an injury, I am using a cane and Zachary was especially helpful in my getting in and out of the building and my vehicle. Great customer service. I will be recommending the Jiffy Lube on Austin Highway to my friends!"
"It took an hour and almost 45 minutes to get a simple safety inspection, and only 20 minutes of that was sitting in line. At one point during the inspection, the person inspecting my vehicle stopped and began working on another customer's car. Filling his tires with air and polishing the car, and after another 15 minutes, a different tech told me I was ready to go until the one that was originally working on my car yelled out. "I didn't do his inspection yet." Now I'm wondering what the hell they have been doing with my car for over an hour, if not the inspection. Lastly, I understand the need for an upcharge and labor charge. However, $50 for a 20 dollar filter is absolutely absurd. In my opinion, the business practices here appear to be unethical and inefficient."

"Service Attendants were great! I bring all of my vehicles here for State Inspections. They alerted us to some additional services. Sometimes we take advantage of those discounts, and sometimes we don’t. More importantly, they are not pushy. Always professional!"
"The people here are nice and swift at their job. Got my car inspected here, and they informed me that two of the small brake lights at the top of my car were out and needed to be replaced. They found out that one was just loose and was able to work again after screwing it back in. I know some other places that would have still replaced the light bulb and charged me for it, but these people were honest and only charged me for the one that was truly out. They've also applied discounts other times I've been there. I'm not sure what the discount was for specifically, but I'm not complaining! In short, good service, in and out quickly, and honest employees who don't nickle and dime ya."
