"My 1989 Ford F150 AC and Vacuum system was a total mess. Hoses rotted away and nothing worked. I took it to Carlisle and not only did they replace and repair the AC system as needed they also completely reworked the vacuum system. The AC use to not work well when stopped and Andrew (service writer and awesome at keeping me informed of progress) recommended an external Aux fan which I had them install as well. During the install of the AC parts and fan it appears the old radiator developed a leak. Rather than call me and tell me they found something else that needed replacing, they replaced it FREE! Past experience at other repair shops tells me I would have received a phone call telling me I needed "additional repairs" and would have been charged extra. This is PURE HONESTY at its best.
