"Well, I went in to get a quote on my shocks and my struts. The customer service was very nice. However, when they explain the labor, and they explain the part price. What they wrote down on paper was not what they quoted. The labor was very high, because of how he explained how they had to take the Windshield wiper casing to get to the shocks in the struts. I would’ve had my mechanic do it, but he’s out of town, and he said that you can do the shocks and struts without having to take, the Windshield wiper casing apart . Me personally, I Think break check Said they had to take the windshield wiper casing off, just so it would take longer for labor. When I called back to speak with the same gentleman, he never called me back. It was like he just ghosted me. So beware of incorrect quotes and being lied to. This is the brake check off of Blanco and 410"
"Mr. Juan and Andre did a fantastic job with my brake inspection. They were thorough in explaining the issues to me and allowing me to come in the back and take pictures. I was a quick drop-in and they helped me right away. Definitely recommend this location!"
