"BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!! If I could give 0 stars. I WOULD! I originally took my car here for a bad alternator. To get that fixed took about an hour and a half. About a week later the serpentine belt tension screw that goes into the engine block snapped in half. Since I had been to this shop the week prior, I decided to tow my car there and see if they could fix my problem. Jorge helped me again and said it would be no problem and that he would get right on it. This whole situation took him about a month to figure out, and I was calling to check in on him the whole time, and he just kept giving me different reasons as to why he hadn’t finished yet. If he didn’t know how to fix the problem, or if it was too difficult for him, he could’ve just said that and I would’ve gladly gone somewhere else. I finally went to go pick my car up, and drove it home. When I got home I had noticed it had an oil leak that it didn’t have before, so when I called Jorge to bring it to his attention he just simply said he didn’t know what that was from and to bring the car back to him. He offered to fix the oil leak free of charge since I noticed the leak the day I went to pick my car up from him. Just to find and fix that leak took him another month!! And even after all that waiting, my car was still leaking from the same place!! The day I went to pick it up AGAIN he said he drove my car around "a lot" to make sure the leak was fixed, which I find hard to believe, since the leak was never fixed to begin with. To make matters worse! When I went to go pick the car up, my car had no gas and the gas light was on! And I had originally left it with over half a tank! when I was further inspecting the car I had noticed he had left my car so dirty, and that there were even parts of my car in the backseat that were BROKEN OFF, when he had no business being in the backseat to begin with! I even noticed a red stain on my carpet in the back as well that had not been there prior to taking it to him. At that point I decided I had enough! I decided to just take the car and get the leak HE caused fixed somewhere else, but as I’m driving the car out of the shop, my car starts to jerk and shake, which it never did before. I drive a Toyota Corolla and that car has NEVER given me any kind of problems! So when it started acting weird, I panicked, and sure enough my car died on me not even five minutes down the road at the gas station. What started as a simple alternator swap turned into an even bigger problem. The whole situation with this "mechanic" took a little over two months! Keep in mind, I worked this whole time, so I had to take Uber back and forth to work, while he had my car! Which wasn’t cheap! I decided to bite the bullet and pay extra to take it to an actual reputable mechanic that has fixed my car in the past, and he was SHOCKED at the condition my car was in. He even said he didn’t know how the original guy could call himself a mechanic! The new mechanic said the car was missing very important screws that he remembered that I had originally, and that it looked like the old mechanic just sprayed sealant in my car and just hoped for the best. The new mechanic had to completely gut out my car THREE times before he was able to get it working again, and while he was taking it apart he even noticed radiator fluid in my spark plugs! The new mechanic did the best he could and was thankfully able to get the car up and running normal again. Jorge at Ricardo Auto Repair completely RUINED MY CAR!!! NEVER EVER GO HERE! Save yourself the headache!!"

"TOOK MY TRUCK IN ON WED WAS READY BY FRI 3PM THE GUY FIXED AN ELECTRICAL SHORT AND PROGRAM THE NEW KEY CYLINDER ON MY 2002 FORD F150 I RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE WHOS GOT THE SAME ISSUE I HAD ON MY VEHICLE OR JUST MECHANIC IN GENERAL GIVE HIM A CALL OR STOP BY AND ASK IF HE CAN FIX YOURE ISSUE I CALLED A SO CALLED " MOBILE ELECTRICAL MECHANIC" AND THE GUY LEFT ME HANGING WITH THE PARTS DIDN'T FIX NOTHING WATCH OUT WITH THOSE GUYS THAT GUY SAID I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM BLA BLA BLA BLA AND JUST LEFT ME WITH THE ISSUE IN SQUARE 1"
