"I am sad to say that I cannot provide good feedback. Issues found: Door interior lock and unlock latch cable was not attached. Exterior unlock and lock sensor was not connected. Door cylinder was not installed properly not allowing me to unlock or lock manually. This to me is a huge security issue. I was not able to sleep comfortably knowing I was not able to secure my vehicle. I have handled the issue myself because if it cannot be completed correctly the first time, I do not allow the same location to touch my vehicle ever again. Still waiting for Mikes manager to call me."
"I could not recommend this location enough. Alvaro Loayza worked very hard in a timely manner to ensure my vehicle was returned to me. Angela and Al never missed an update and explained what was happening along the way! Additionally, they handled majority of communication with 3rd party's insurance, which took the stress off of me. The first car problem that was a breeze, thank you Al and team!!!"

I had never been through a collision shop before and this was my first time actually going through the process. Isaac was very helpful and the shop itself was very communicative about the stages my vehicle was going through. I also appreciate the humor and local feel of this place. It didn't feel like just an assembly line so I definitely recommend this shop."
