"I took my vehicle in with lots of body and mechanical issues, not only did they resolve all of them quickly and affordably but they also addressed several other needed items as a courtesy. "Before I never have time again to write a review, that I said I would. Please decide for yourself how many stars to give. Towed my car to Anahuac because I hit a median. It bent my fender that busted and blocked the driver's front tire. Thank you Jose for not charging me expensive fees, but my brother told me that my car's passenger back tire will need be replaced??? If all humanity decides to read and do what the Bible says, our lives will be much better amen."

"I went to show the shop the diagnostic that I was given from Auto Zone about Debris in my grill. They ran a diagnostics and it said the same thing for my vehicle. I was not made aware of the price for the diagnostic ($149) or the repair fee. I was told by the owner Jose that it would be an hour for the car to be fixed (not looked at). I was not called before repairs was made and the son who I was communicating with initially stated that he did call but then changed his answer once looking at the call log and stated that he did not call me and he apologized. The amount for a calibration and auto grill repair was $323. I stated that I did not receive a call to authorize this and that price was not communicated. The owner started with a $25 tax discount & did not explain what was done with my car. Then stated I can lower the price to $250 and still didn’t explain what it was for. He hung up in my face and lied about arriving back to the shop for an itemized list of repairs and quotes. His son stated that he 100% agreed with my concerns/ claim but his Dad said I had to pay that amount. Jose (owner) threaten to keep my vehicle and made fun of the amount of payment and stated take me to civil court because I stated if needed I would call to make a report to the police for clarity of the situation. His wife stated that she would have the take my car to the back if I didn’t pay. The issue was not for refusal of any payment. I wanted to know what I was paying for and not off the head amount that was not communicated nor listed. The owner and his wife refused to see the issue then stated we can make the problem appear back but you would have to pay $149 for the diagnostic. Is that good customer service? I told one of my co-workers who works on vehicles to arrive to shop to see what was fixed and he asked the same questions but received attitude and aggressive remarks from the son because he was stressed. I do not have a problem with paying for what is communicated. But, they had no right to work on my car then say “oh yeah you gotta pay or we will undo it and you still pay.” I feel that when a male came to support me they got defensive and had a tantrum because they know they were wrong. I paid the $250 to leave with my vehicle but I will be back tomorrow to receive an itemization for the payment that was not given. I never wanted to get police involved or have a conversation about how to handle proper business, but here we are. Before you come to the “small business” please make sure that you ask for all information upfront and in writing before allowing services. I would love to help the next person to not be me."

"Paid for a diagnostic ($149) on my car. I was Told it was battery for the reason my car would end up dead the following day from using it. I still had warranty at orieleys so I replaced battery myself. Unfortunately The problem is still the same . Time and money was spent and still no answer after a diagnostic from here. I called and talked to owners son which is not very knowledgeable. He said he would look into it and call me back. It’s been at least 1 month and week and counting. Presently I still have same problem and added problems. A/C went out and cruise control. No telling what they did to the car . I’ll just try my best to trouble shoot it myself. A good question is to ask is it about making money or business? I know the customer is not always right but listen to the customers correct the problems and you will stay in business for a longer time. I asked for service and didn’t receive it here. No need for response."
