"The team at Meineke were great! I took my mom’s beat up Rogue that I was working on getting the oil change in when I got stuck trying to remove the oil filter. That dang thing was seized on and I could not get it off after puncturing it. I decided to wrap it in duck tape and drive it to meineke cause it was the closest shop. They were not phased by the mangled filter and just helped me out a great deal. I was very pleased and happy with the service and plan to use them again."

She explained everything that was done in detail and said everything checked out. No maintenance was required at this time. "Let's just say we all got to have a shared learning experience. Ford Transit vans have interesting Brake idiosyncrasies that Ford didn't tell us about. Mainly, that a regular Brake Pad and Rotor replacement is no longer simple or inexpensive. You have to replace JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING in the brakes area, and the cost is no longer just a couple of hundred bucks per axle... it's unimaginably HIGH. This was not Meineke's doing, IT WAS FORDS "BETTER IDEA"... At any rate, Meineke took the van in and did the brake job famously, and the price came in at about the same Ford would have charged, and I didn't have to wait for a week's appointment to get in... They also do great oil changes... (Meineke on Vance Jackson) Good folks. Easy to do business with."
